Last March, Apple released green versions of the iPhone 13, and a Weibo user named Setsuna Digital says the company will release yellow versions of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus this Spring.
We need to verify Setsuna’s track record, and their January Weibo post about the yellow iPhone 14 coming out in Spring 2023 is proof of that. MacRumors has heard from multiple sources that Apple’s PR team is planning a product briefing next week. This could be for the yellow iPhone 14 since the green iPhone 13 models were announced on March 8, 2022.
The iPhone 13 and the iPhone 13 Mini came out in a simple green color. The iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max, on the other hand, came out in an Alpine Green color. It still needs to be determined if Apple will do the same thing this time or, as the source says, only make the basic models in yellow.
Even if these rumors about the yellow iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are true, it won’t be the first time Apple has made an iPhone in a yellow color. Apple, based in Cupertino, California, released a yellow iPhone 11 in 2019, an iPhone XR in 2018, and an iPhone 5C in 2013.
