Uber Eats is Introducing the Ability to Monitor Orders From The Lock Screen And the Dynamic Island on iOS Devices

Live activity support for Uber Eats has begun to be rolled out around the world. This will let iPhone customers simply check the status of their order both on the lock screen and in Dynamic Island. In the most recent version of the Uber Eats app, the feature is only accessible to a limited number of users, but it will be made available to a significantly larger audience within the next week or so at the latest.

Live Activities is a feature that was introduced in iOS 16 that enables iPhone users to be informed of real-time events by displaying a notice that is constantly updated on the lock screen as well as on the Dynamic Island on iPhone 14 Pro models. This feature makes it simpler to monitor the live progression of delivery for Uber Eats at a glance without having to open the app itself.
