The United Aircraft Manufacturing Company handed over to the Russian Ministry of Defense a Tu-22M3 long-range missile-carrying bomber.
This happened after the long-range aircraft went through tests, repairs and maintenance, and then the bomber made test flights to make sure it was fully ready before being handed over to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
