He adds, and this, of course, will help melt the snow that has fallen on the city so far. He notes that, according to statistics, once every three years on the first day of January it is warm.
According to him, the average monthly temperature in Moscow is expected to be 4-5 degrees above normal. This is not a typical phenomenon for the Moscow region.
