Changes Coming to Twitter’s Tweet Button
Introduction
The tweet button is one of the last remaining things from the “X” micro-blogging site with its old “Twitter” brand, but it seems that this button will not remain the same, according to technical news sites.
Recent Tweaks
The Tweet button was briefly changed to the word (post) or “posted,” according to what was mentioned by the “The Verge” technical website.
But as of Sunday morning, the word (tweet) is still present when browsing the “X” site, and it seems that the matter is within the scope of the experimental stage.
And “The Verge” said that this button is evidence associated with the blue bird and will soon disappear from “X”.
Elon Musk and the Rebranding
Last week, the American billionaire and owner of Twitter, Elon Musk, announced the change of the name of the famous site to “X”, and its logo as well.
Musk says he wants to turn the social media platform into a one-stop-shop for communications and financial transactions.
He stated that Twitter is not only changing its name as a company, but also changing its identity as a whole.
